114年度全校性地震防災演練，敬請各單位配合參加。
The 2025 University-Wide Earthquake Disaster Prevention Drill will be held. All units are kindly requested to participate.
說明 Details
一、依教育部規定及本校校園災害防救委員會議決議，預訂114年9月25日（週四）上午9點於信義校區及雙和校區實施全校性地震防災演練，所有行政單位、學術單位與上課班級一律參加，演練時間約半小時。
In accordance with Ministry of Education regulations and the resolution of TMU’s Campus Disaster Prevention Committee, a university-wide earthquake disaster prevention drill is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM in both Xinyi Campus and Shuang-Ho Campus. All administrative units, academic units, and ongoing classes must participate. The drill will last approximately 30 minutes.
二、演練時段說明 Drill schedule:
(一) 09:00–09:10 點閱學校首頁「防災專區／宣導影片」。
View the “Disaster Prevention Zone / Awareness Video” on the university homepage.
(二) 09:10–09:12 模擬地震強烈搖晃，演練個人防護。
Simulated strong earthquake shaking, practice individual protection
(三) 09:12–09:22 地震稍歇，演練疏散至集結區。
After shaking subsides, practice evacuation to designated assembly areas.
(四) 09:22–09:30 人員清點彙報，確認安全後返回單位。
Conduct roll call and safety confirmation, then return to respective units.
三、注意事項 Important reminders:
(一) 各辦公室、研究室、教室預先指定疏散留守人員。
Offices, laboratories, and classrooms should pre-assign evacuation and standby personnel.
(二) 行動不便人員，預先組成互助小組或專案處理。
For individuals with mobility difficulties, form mutual-aid groups or arrange special assistance in advance.
(三) 疏散過程勿搭電梯，遵守「不推、不跑、不語」三要點。
Do not use elevators during evacuation; follow the three key rules: “Do not push, do not run, do not shout.”
(四) 各一級單位正（副）主管、上課老師引導疏散集合。
Unit heads (or deputies) and course instructors should lead evacuation and assembly.
