注意事項 / Important Reminders:

請於停電當日前，關閉電腦及相關設備，復電後請重新啟動測試，確保次日作業正常。
Please shut down computers and other equipment before the outage day. After power is restored, restart and test all devices to ensure normal operations the next day.

電腦、電器、印表機請關機並拔除插頭，避免瞬間電流損壞設備。無斷電保護或非自動復歸之設備請勿使用。
Turn off and unplug computers, electrical devices, and printers to prevent damage from power surges. Do not use equipment without power outage protection or automatic restart features.

需冷藏的藥品、醫療材料、檢體或其他物品，請特別注意冰箱溫度。
For refrigerated medicines, medical supplies, specimens, or other items, please closely monitor refrigerator temperatures.

停電期間排風系統無法開啟，請勿進行需使用中央排氣系統的作業。
Ventilation systems will not function during the outage. Please avoid operations requiring the central exhaust system.

電梯系統將於停電前降至1樓控制，並於緊急電力啟用後恢復運作，復電後亦同。
Elevator systems will be secured to the 1st floor prior to the outage and will operate on emergency power. They will resume normal function after power restoration.

空調系統將暫停，復電後約30–60分鐘內恢復正常運作。
Air conditioning systems will be temporarily suspended and resume normal operation 30–60 minutes after power is restored.

門禁卡機可能失效，請以鑰匙鎖妥存放貴重物品之空間。
Access control card readers may be disabled. Please secure valuable items using physical locks.

如需延長線，請事先向工務組借用。
If extension cords are needed, please borrow them in advance from the General Affairs Team.

請各單位當日協助檢查紅色插座是否有電。
On the outage day, each unit is requested to check whether red emergency outlets are functioning.

如有緊急情況（如紅色插座無電），請聯絡分機 10103 或 10104。
In case of emergency (e.g., red outlets not working), please contact extensions 10103 or 10104.

電梯系統（於停電前降至1樓並轉接緊急供電；復電後自動恢復）
Elevator system (Controlled to 1F before outage, powered by emergency supply, and resumes automatically afterward)

空調主系統（復電後30–60分鐘內恢復）
Main air conditioning system (Restored 30–60 minutes after power returns)
